How can I get natural allergy relief while trying to conceive or pregnancy?
Author: I have really bad allergies but I'm trying to avoid taking anything for it while trying to conceive. I also want to be able to stay away from allergy meds when I get pregnant. Does anyone have any suggestions for natually dealing with allergies?
How Painful is childbirth and what is the discomforting about pregnancy?
I haven't had any children yet but before I think about kids I want to know exactly how painfull is natural childbirth and how long does it take to get the child out of you? and what are the other discomforts about being pregnant?
