Author: One wellwisher (?) has advised me that yeast used in preparation process of bread in not good for pregnancy. I have been advised to use unleavened bread such as roti or parantha. I dont really believe this is true.

I'm not that far along, but already, I wake up every morning with nausea and some vomiting. I'm wondering how far into your pregnancy did you experience morning sickness? Also everytime I blow my nose, there's blood present. It could be the cold weather, but I'm curious is there anyone who has experienced that as well?
