Why do some people have swollen puffy eyes when they wake up in the morning while others dont?
Author: What do the eyes become swollen with? Is it water? Pockets of air? And what causes that accumulation? Is it the kidneys releasing that water or air? And why would that be?
Or is all this genetic?
Is this something to be concerned about? And what can be done to wake up looking a little better?
I am a 29 yr old healthy and lean guy.
What sports/activities are good for people with asthma?
I have pretty bad asthma and I'm pretty out of shape. I'm about 30 pounds overweight and really out of shape. I've started walking and I would like to try a sport that will help get me into shape. I'm not a gym person (I've had memberships over the years and gyms didn't intrest me). Any suggestions?
What is the best US city to live in for people with Asthma?
I want to find a place to move to that has a great climate for someone with Asthma.

What over-the-counter medication is there to help people who have slight asthma with allergies?
Sometimes I have slight asthma, but I believe that much of it is related to my allergy problem with mold, mildew, dust, weeds, etc. I have to take benadryl about everyday, and I sometimes get congestion in my sinuses and chest. Does decongestant help with preventing asthma at all? I have an inhaler available to take as needed, but don't usually have very bad symptoms. It seems to come and go. Is this fairly normal?
How you can tell when a cough is provoked by the use of Pulmicort or by asthma?
Some people say that regular use of Pulmicort inhaler may cause coughing, how can I recognize when the coughing is due to Pulmicort or asthma?
