Has anyone used a natural remedy to control their asthma?
Author: I am an adult, with asthma. My triggers are exercise, laughing, colds, allergies. I use my inhaler everyday, which is not good.
I have no insurance to pay for drugs, but I am a member of Rx assistance programs.
I am looking for a natural way of controlling this asthma. I have used homeopathic, but did not stick with it long enough. I gave up too easily , I guess.
Anyone use Respitrol? Anyone have any experience and advice on the matter?
How do you get depression medication when you’re broke?
I have not been diagnosed with depression. But I have been asking to go to the doctor for several years now to be checked for depression and my mom refused to take me or pay for any of this. (I basically know that I am, I guess I just need a professional’s assurance.) Now I’m 18 and have NO extra money whatsoever to go see a doctor, let alone pay for medication if diagnosed. I don’t know anything about insurance. Help!
Is health affected by the air in LA? How does this affect someone with asthma?
I recently moved to LA (I have asthma) and have been sick with coughing, headaches, wheezing, and recently sore throat, diahrrea, and aches and pains for the 2 weeks I’ve been here. I normally hardly ever get sick, eat organic foods, excercise, etc. Is this just coincidence or does being in LA have something to do with it?
I don’t have health insurance, so I greatly appreciate any help

I use albuterol for my asthma, but lately I have been using it more. I am not having an asthma attack, but wheezing, tightness lots of coughing. The puffer occasionally works, but only after like 4 or 5 puffs. I don't want to keep using it, but right now I don't have health insurance, so can't go to the DR. I also have bad allergies…could that be why I am having more difficulties?
How much will it cost to get my eyes measured at the opticians?
I have perfectly fine eyesight, but i want to get some color contacts to wear once on halloween. How much will it cost to get my eyes measured and where can i get the best price on contacts? Will insurance cover it? Will it harm my eyes?
