What do you do to help with your child’s asthma?
Author: Anyone have any ideas to help with asthma in a six year old. He’s been to numerous doctors and hospitals. They all say the same thing, "He’ll grow out of it". They send him home with a breathing machine, albuterol, and an inhaler and sometimes steroids.
I read somewhere that eating kiwi helps with asthma. We tried that. It did seem to work for a little while. Do you know of any more "home remedies" that I can try along with the doctor’s orders?
Are there any good home remedies for asthma out there?
I have pretty bad asthma and just had 2 visits to the E.R. last night. A variety of things triggered my attacks this time. Scary stuff. I am on a number of meds. for it, but wondering some good home remedies I could try. TY!
Steering clear of stressful situations isn't going to happen…I have 7 children!! :0) No smoking here either. That would be the worst thing I could do!
I need help with my asthma do you have any ideas?
I need help with my asthma, I have had it all my life. I am currently taking Singulair and Foradil and Asmanex Twisthaler (220mg) Oh and also the rescue inhaler. I used to be on Advair but it hadn't been working for me.I was diaganosed with severe asthma recently after being in the ER. I take vitamin supplements such as Querciten and Bromelain also Ginko biloba and Cod liver oil. Can you give me any ideas that might help? Do you know any at home remedies? Or other good supplements? please help!
What products or home remedies should i use for dryness around the eyes?
Around my eyes (eyelids and under my eyes) are very dry and swollen looking.I have done research and many say that it could be eczema, but im not sure what it is. Every morning i have to suffer with this dryness around my eyes and i tried putting products like Nivea and baby lotion, but it just made them burn really bad and even made them more red and swollen. Can someone please help me out and advise me some possible products or home remedies i could use to cure this.
Anyone out there have suggestions for Asthma suffers?
I have asthma and I hate taking the steroid Albuterol and Flovent. I blow up in the winter cause thats when I use it the most, is there any other alternatives, such as home remedies for the attacks? or to prevent attacks?
