I need to support a footing/foundation to excavate 30+ feet adjacent what is the best method?
Author: We are demolishing a building that shares a foundation with another. We are trying not to disturb the adjacent building. I would like to know the best method to support the common footing while we excavate 30 feet below that footing. I've seen pictures of a pump jack system? The remaining building is only one story.

No matter how much i soak…scrub.. lotion..within a couple days the heels of my feet will be dry and ashy like i havent been taking care of them.. but i do .. i lotion every days and by the end of the day there back to the same way.. What are some other remedies.. or ideas.. that i can try out..??
