How common is food allergy that is triggered by exercise?

I am having a hard time finding information on allergy related to exercise and how to treat them, although it is apparently not that uncommon.

For example, some people (including myself) might get an allergy reaction if they eat specific foods up to two-four hours before or after exercising. One theory is that exercise increases the absorption of food proteins in the gut.

I heard that some people are allergic to the chemicals produced by the body during exercise and/or heating of the body, thus break out in hives or even anaphylax when excercising.

Please share any good resources or experiences in treating this type of food allergy.

How can I improve the circulation in my feet?

I went to the Dermatologist last year because I had spots on my feet that were reddish brown. They were almost like freckles but I have an olive complexion. They were on my toes, sides of my feet, and a little on my ankles. The Doctor said they looked like a circulatory problem and maybe my socks or shoes were too tight. He said that when we wear too tight socks it causes the blood to gather under the skin and not flow evenly which causes the discoloration. I have tried calf and foot stretches, massage, and replaced all of my socks. I recently tried elevating my feet. I do need to increase my exercise. Any other suggestions? How long does it take before this will go away? It has been well over a year. I am starting to think the spots will never go away.

How do you make your HDL cholesterol levels go up?

How do I avoid an asthma attack after exercise?

I am 20 years old and have never had asthma. The last few times after my soccer games I have been coughing a lot, but today I had an actual asthma attack where I couldnt breathe, I had a lot of pressure on my chest, and I couldnt stop coughing. My brother has really bad asthma so I used his inhaler and I sat in the bathroom with steam from the shower and it went away. Is there a way for me to avoid having asthma after exercise? I normally never have asthma.

What can I do to lower my cholesterol in addition to changing my diet?

I found out, after having a fasting cholesterol test, that I have slightly high cholesterol. I know that I need to eat better, less fat and all. I exercise regularly (brisk walking at least 40 to 50 minutes a day). Is there anything else I can do to lower my cholesterol?
