How can i avoid pregnancy after my childbirth?
Author: I am now 5 months pregnant and want to avoide being pregnant agian after my childbirth.
Does frequent intercourse while pregnant does help a woman during childbirth?
I want my wife to have less pain as possible during childbirth. Would it help to have frequent intercourse before childbirth in order to train vagina muscles?
I want to have a house-birth with a certified midwife assisting, I think it would make my wife feel more comfortable and relaxed.

How long do you bleed after childbirth? And how much pain?
I'm having labor induced in a few days, and my doctor doesn't bother to explain anything to me. I was wondering how long I should expect to bleed after childbirth, and how heavy is the bleeding - compared to a menstrual cycle?
Also… I know there will be pain… but is it more like sharp pains or more like cramps? How long does that usually last? Will a heating pad help ease the pain?
Is there anything that can compare to childbirth?
I just want to know what it feels like, so i'm prepared. I'm planning on having an epidural, so what does it feel like with that? I've heard crazy things like, "childbirth is as if you stretched your lower lip over the top of your head" I think that's pretty ridiculous cause that's impossible and childbirth is possible. SOOO… what's a good comparison for those of you that have had children?
