I have become exhausted by the daily sufferance of expelling waste from my body . Is modern science closing in on a cure for this burdensome malady ? Can one prevent the urge to "relieve" oneself through willpower ?

I need help finding what briefs work best for bowel incontinence. I’m 20 years post anal surgery and I have Ulcerative Colitis. The colitis started after starting a driving job. I have been threw a bunch of medical tests for tumors and now bowel leakage is a problem. I have to wear protection when traveling. Many breifs I buy leak if I have a urge flow. This has been getting worse and I need better protection. Brian

I have lately been having one bowel movement every 3-5 days, is that bad? I just have no urge to go. Can this be fixed by something?

I have hard time going and when i have an urge to go it like i cant go no matter if i try or not and we have not found a answer yet. I have lots of trouble with constipation as well. Is there some type type of sugyer that will help you have more normal bowel movements if so what kinds of sugerys would they do for that.
