Is it normal for your rectum to prolapse every time you have a bowel movement?

Author: I am 23 and it has been happening for about 2 years. Every time I strain to have a bm, my rectum comes right out. I have to push it back in with toilet paper when I wipe. It is not painful at all, just strange. Does anybody else have this happen?

I’m an 19 year old male and this morning i had to go to the bathroom which i did an bowel movement and when i started to clean up and i found blood on the toilet paper. I started freaking out because it was blood on the toilet paper, what could be causing me to have blood in my stools. I found blood on the toilet paper. Can anyone please tell me what could be causing it ???
