Most of the OTC medicines are overnight night stuff. if there is some home remedy then that would be great? I don't want to wait for whole day for clogged stomach. ANything which works within and hr or so would be wonderful. Please help.

Also, when ever i go to the washroom, it really hurts right above my penis and below my stomach, around that area.
It's a hassle to go in the morning, because i have things to do.

Sometimes my stomach is upset after sex. Usually after I eat so I sometimes have to wait a long time after I eat to have sex. And recently after sex I had bowel problems and even had to miss work. Does this happen to other people or should I see a doctor or is it no big deal?

Im 21 yr old male who has trouble starting a urine stream usually when the urine flows i see two streams instead of one. I have bowel movements more then 3 times a day any my stools look like little peices. Recently i've been having abdominal pain mostly on the left and right side of my stomach.

My sister -19 years old haven't had any bowel movements 10 days now, and her belly is hard and tendered, but she says she has an appetite to eat. She also says her belly doesn't hurt, and she feels no pain. But extremely uncomfortable because its too hard and tendered.

What could be the cause, or what does it sound like to you? Any expert advices or experiences would be appreciated.
