Does Oxycodone affect bowel movements and peeing?

Author: I fell about 24 feet off a ladder a few days ago. I have a severely sprained ankle and wrist. I was prescribed Oxycodone and Hydrocodone. Ever since I fell (6 days) I have only had one bowel movement (I usually have one every day) and I have been peeing about 5-6 times a day (I usually only go twice).
Can this be a result of the medicine? Or is it more likely the result of the fall?
