How many days is safe to do without a bowel movement?
Just wondering as I had my tonsillectomy and Haven't had a bowel movement since Tuesday. It is now early early Sunday morning. I have been eating and have taken 2 mild laxatives yesterday. Thanks
I did go yesterday but I am not going to let it go that long again. I am eating solid foods but in smaller bites. but still I am not eating too much. I think I have lost about 5-7 pounds already, which is okay with me!
