I need to do a bowel cleasing for my colonscopy..what is the best way?

Author: I have a colonoscopy coming up and have found several possible ways to complete the bowel cleasning. I found serveral products from a brand called Fleet. One is an at home disposible enema. Has anyone tried it or does anyone have any information about its effectiveness? I also found a product called phospho soda that you drink. Any comments about this?
