What is the best fruit (besides prunes) to ensure the bowel movement?

Author: Well, I don’t like prunes, they are too sweet for me. They are the last resort if everything else fails. LOL Is there any other fruit affordable and effective fiberwise, like prunes?? Apple too??
As for beans, the baked beans in the can are loaded with brown sugar aren’t they?
? which beans in the can do not have so much sugar?? ? I really need your advice!!!!!!

How many prunes does one need to eat to create a bowel movement?
ive added them to my diet, yet i am still constipated. I refuse to use stimulate laxative pills.
What’s the best thing to eat day after day to clear out and keep the colon clean?
I really don’t like to get colonics although i will. But wanted to know what I could do on a regualr basis to clear and clean my colon out? Fruits? Veggies? Nuts? If so, what kind of each item…
Is there ANY one thing? Prunes?
