What result should I see with my colon cleanse?

I am taking a 15 day colon cleanse and I'm on about day 5 I think? Well not much to report and the stuff I read online shows these hideous pictures of big slime blobs coming out of people. I haven't had that, should I or what shoudl happen? I'm taking a product by Natures secret it used to be called Dr's something I don't know but on the front it reads, "15-Day Weight Loss Cleanse & Flush", is this a good product?

How is it possible to do 1-2 bowel movements a day?

I have a bowel movement at least every other day and I know some people who have it every few days.

I heard this is because your colon isn't clean or something.

We're both healthy and I don't see how it's possible to go once or even twice a day.

Is it unhealthy to go less than once a day? Why?

what is the medical name for people who hold in their bowel movements?

So I'm wondering what the technical term is for people who hold in their bowel movements. I'm not talking about constipation or incontinence or irritable bowel. I believe it is a mental disorder where people refuse to defecate, they hold it in. Anyone know?

Is my colon so full of toxins that I warrant at least three emails a day offering to cleanse it?

Apparently I can lose as much as six pounds in one week just by cleansing my colon. And it must be an issue, because there is no shortage of people out there who are more than willing to help me. I guess maybe all those toxins are worth something to someone. Is it worth quitting my good aerospace job to pursue a career cleansing colons?
You guys are killing me! This is hysterical!
