Why Do I Have A Painful Burning Sensation After A Bowel Movement?

Author: Only after a bowel movement my rectum/anus is painful with a burning sensation that does not subside with using any ointments, it actually intensifies the burning. The burning lasts from bowel movement till the next morning when the alarm goes off. There are no bumps present, so what could it be?
