I know weird question but is it normal to have a bowel movement one time or maybe twice a week?

Author: i’m 16 and have a bowel movement once or maybe twice a week and when I do have a bowel movement it is very very black. other than that i have bad stomach pain sometime and throw up sometimes. is that normal?
