How do I regrow bacteria in the bowel?

Author: I am taking Keflex and it has given me bloating and foul smelling, soft stools. I go to the bathroom frequently. Should I eat yogurt or something? I don’t have the money to get a DIFFERENT perscription.

What’s the deal with getting a colon cleanse? Would it be worth the money or is just a fad?
I heard that the average person has anywhere from 5 to 15 pounds of fecal matter build up inside their colon! (YUCK) and that a colon cleansing can get rid of that. Is that true or just junk science?
Also, if a colon cleansing is worth the money, do you have to go to a doctor to get one done or can you buy something at a drug store or health food store and do it yourself?

How does a colon cleanse help the body and how effective is it?
I am thinking of getting a colon cleanse as I have been experiencing constipation for a while now. What I need to know is how does a colon cleanse help the body and how effective is it? Also, is it worth the money and how long would I have to use it?
