After my appendectomy i have changed my diet to eating a lot of fiber so as not to get constipated as i have heard many people do. For some reason when i have a BM though it is very much larger than normal and very very painful. Why have i never had BM's this large and painful until after surgery? I'm scared to even go to the restroom now! And as far as hemorhoids go i do have them and this is definately not helping at all!

He had removed from bowel in January and recently got a lot better after initial chemotherapy. Second round about to start. In January he also had pneumonia which has since cleared. However cough now returned and bringing up material. Growth on neck and something breaking out on face. Also pains in legs. He is optimistic and a figher.He expects to live for years but I need to know what is realistic.

my little sister (who's 15) is completely paralyzed and she never seems to have regular bowel movements, we feed her normally and healthy but her intestines always seem to become blocked up and she always cannot really control or feel when she has to go either so we have to diaper her. I help my parents a lot with her because my sister and I are really close. Does anyone who has some knowledge have any advice?

I don’t even know that they are bleeding and it is embarresing. Is there someting I can take for this type of hemorrhoids. Like some kind of home remedy or something,Because I have no insurance and I really need to work or I will lose everything I Have. Please tell Me. THANK YOU

Sorry this is kind of gross, but I've had rectal bleeding for about a week now every time I go (not that often–constipation), and I read up on a questions someone else asked about that and he got a lot of suggestions to eat food that will soften his bowel movement up, so what kind of foods help with that?
