For the past few days my bowel movements have been a light brown/tan color, I have also been eating a bunch of sunflower seed the past few days, could that be why they are lighter colored?

I usually go one to two times a day. However recently, I have been going a lot and after I go I feel gassy and feel like I didn't empty my stomach completely. And also when I go, my poo is really small. I know that this is kinda disgusting, but I hope you can help.

Rectal Inflamation during bowel movements causes a lot of discomfort?

Only yesterday I developed inflamation in the rectum, and can't sit on a chair without having to tilt to one side to easy body weight off my rectum for comfort. During bowel movements, I noticed mild bleeding too and the process of bowel movements causes a lot of discomfort as there is burning. Will drinking milk do some good here, or what is it thats happened to me ? Any help, please ?

How often a day is a person supposed to have a bowel movement?

Sorry to be graphic, but I've had persistent constipation for the last few weeks. I try eating stuff that has a lot of fiber, but it doesn't seem to work well. I take a few different antidepressants, so I'm wondering if it's a side effect from that. Anyway, I'm scared because I heard you're supposed to go twice a day and I'm having trouble going at all, unless I take laxatives (which I heard aren't good for frequent use).

About a bowel movement is this something to worry about or not?

When i had a bowel movement a few hrs ago i had to strain a little to go and there wasn't any blood in the toilet but when i wiped myself there was not a lot but some light blood….Is that because i had to strain a little to go…That is the first time that ever happened.
The stool was brown and no odd odor and it hurt a little when i had to strain a little.
