What should I eat to have regular bowel movements?

Author: Last Friday I had stomach cramps due to no bowel movement all week. After taking 2 laxatives Saturday evening, the next morning I had a major bowel movement, however, it is now Wednesday and I have had no bowel movement since. What's wrong with my digestive system?
