My boyfriend has been feeling discomfort in his anus for the past couple months. He has been experiencing hemorrhoids, pains in his groin, hard feces, and pain during bowel movements. Can anyone detect what this is?

I've been having problems with my bowel movements for the past year or so. I saw my doctor, and she said I had a minor case of hemorrhoids and recommended that I take my time on the toilet. Since then, the pain has mostly subsided, except since yesterday, I've been feeling a raw sensation down there, and I've just bled enough to make all the water red. Sorry for the graphic description, but does anyone have experience with something like this and can give me some tips before I see my doctor again?

I've been having problems with bowels movements for some time now. So I started taking Benefiber, drinking lots of water, exercising and eating better. That seemed to work for a little while but now 3 months later I'm back to the way I was before. Until recently I smoked some weed and WOW! Right away I could go and I went about 4 times before lunch and each time I went my movements were very productive. I was able to do that for a couple of days until the little nugget of weed I had ran out.
Now two weeks later I'm all clogged up again. This is very distressing because my farts stink very badly and I think I'm giving myself hemorrhoids when I try and make one happen. It’s been two days since my last productive bowel movement. I know this sounds bad but I'm serious!
So why do I only have good productive bowel movements when I smoke Marijuana?

Any thoughts on how to make these things go away or calm down?

I have tried tucks and preperation H and only get minor relief for a short while.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

I just had hemorrhoid surgery (staple procedure) 2 days ago and just had my first bowel movement. Afterwards my hemorrhoids seem to be the same as before the surgery. Just as large and all. Someone please let me know if this is okay and normal, orif I need to go back to the hospital.
