Will I lose weight afterwards?

Will I feel independent after the three day hospital stay? I live alone and enjoy being alone. Any tips? Suggestions?

I have a ten year old ulcerated stricture of the ilieum from crohns disease which does not hurt me but was involved in a horrific flare in Nov. Otherwise I eat everything I want and am painfree.

I've had hemorrhoids for almost two months it seems as if they have only gone down a little. Do they take this long to go away? I've also been eating spicy foods does that flare them up as well?
