Why is my stomach sore after a bowel movement?

Author: I've had stomach problems for almost 2 years now, doctors can't really figure anything out and it is basically coming down to severe anxiety but that is not why I am here. Every time I have a bowel movement I feel relief and then soreness and tenderness.
Is this constipation?
Not enough water?
Pretty dumb question but I like having other people's advice.
