How can you tell if you’re gonna have a hard bowel or not?

I’m not sure If I should have an enema or just try to go push it out. Can someone tell me how you can tell if it’s gonna be hard or not? I’ve been drinking water but I’m sort of constipated. If it’s gonna be hard then I’m definitely having an enema.
I want a real answer here!
I think if you have cramps that might mean you got a lot of shit up there, but yeah it could also mean I’m gonna have to have an enema. :(
Well I’ve decided for an enema. I doubt I’ll have a heart attack though, I’m 28 years old not 58.

Like sometimes I can’t go and some of my cramps feel like I have to go. My back hurts. After my period sometimes I have diarhea. Is this normal?

Painful urination and bowel movements during period?

I have my period and am having bad cramps, tired, and painful urination and bowel movements. Especially, the BM are very painful - they even make me somewhat dizzy and lightheaded.
I have had this pain before, but it seems worse this time compared to previously.

Is this normal? Anyone have the same problem?

Question about hemorrhoids and anal sex?

Is it true that anal sex can actually help to prevent hemorrhoids, because the muscle movement helps to keep the blood flowing? After all, hemorrhoids are swollen blood vessels. I've heard this from a few people, but never researched it online.

I know that anal sex can aggravate already existing hemorrhoids, but can it really help to prevent them? In the same way I guess that vaginal intercourse can help women with cramps. Keeps the blood flowing.

After giving birth did you have a long bad period and hemorrhoids?

I started my period almost 2 weeks ago, and two days ago it started getting really heavy like it was starting all over again and i am having cramps also. This is my first period since giving birth 6 weeks ago. Also I have hemorrhoids, which is extrememly painful. Is that because of giving birth? I fear going to the bathroom. Any tips for that? Anybody go through the same thing after having their baby. I do plan on calling the doctor tomorrow just wondering if anyone else has gone through this.
