What to do about hemorrhoids during pregnancy?

Author: I am 23 weeks pregnant and I have noticed that I have 2 little hemorrhoids, they don't hurt or bleed. But I hate them, I developed them during pregnancy due to constipation. I am so worried I want to get rid of them so bad! Is there any medicine i can use to get rid of them? Help!

How to solve internal Hemorrhoids causing constipation?
I don't have any of the other syptoms people are talking about like pain, bleeding, etc. The only problem I have is constipation from the hemorrhoids.
