I've had stomach problems for almost 2 years now, doctors can't really figure anything out and it is basically coming down to severe anxiety but that is not why I am here. Every time I have a bowel movement I feel relief and then soreness and tenderness.

Is this constipation?
Not enough water?

Pretty dumb question but I like having other people's advice.

Sorry to be graphic, but I've had persistent constipation for the last few weeks. I try eating stuff that has a lot of fiber, but it doesn't seem to work well. I take a few different antidepressants, so I'm wondering if it's a side effect from that. Anyway, I'm scared because I heard you're supposed to go twice a day and I'm having trouble going at all, unless I take laxatives (which I heard aren't good for frequent use).

I have hard time going and when i have an urge to go it like i cant go no matter if i try or not and we have not found a answer yet. I have lots of trouble with constipation as well. Is there some type type of sugyer that will help you have more normal bowel movements if so what kinds of sugerys would they do for that.

I think I may be experiencing constipation and am therefore wondering how many times per week is it normal for a 17-year-old male to empty the bowel?

My bowel movements are normal. in other words, I don't have constipation and do not have a running stomach. My general health is above average.
