How can you tell if you’re gonna have a hard bowel or not?

Author: I’m not sure If I should have an enema or just try to go push it out. Can someone tell me how you can tell if it’s gonna be hard or not? I’ve been drinking water but I’m sort of constipated. If it’s gonna be hard then I’m definitely having an enema.
I want a real answer here!
I think if you have cramps that might mean you got a lot of shit up there, but yeah it could also mean I’m gonna have to have an enema. :(
Well I’ve decided for an enema. I doubt I’ll have a heart attack though, I’m 28 years old not 58.

What is the best way to make yourself have a bowel movement w/o laxatives?
I am a little constipated, but I hate laxatives. What are some good ways to get everything "moving" again?
