What is the best cure for compacted stools/colon cleanse?

Author: I have been having a lot of problems with recurring constipation and have wanted to try a colon cleanse to get rid of the compacted stools. I just have a feeling that there are stools that are stuck in my bowels. My diet isn't terrible but isn't good either. Can you give an natural recommendations or commercially available colon cleanses that would loosen the compacted stools? I have seen a bunch of websites that try to see these. Which is good for this?

Can I do candida and colon cleanses naturally without buying expensive supplements?
I would seriously like to do whole-body cleanses but supplements are expensive and I don't really trust a lot that ar on the market today? Does anyone know of natural ways to do candida and colon cleanses?
