I'm dieting & exercising. I've read that detoxing or even getting your colon cleaned can help you lose 8+ pounds. How expensive is this? Which would you recommend a supplement or the colon cleanse procedure?

I am constantly hearing adds on the radio about products such as ever cleanse that claim to help you lose 8 to 15 lbs by cleaning out your colon. Any truth to this claim or is it a scam or are their products that work just as well. Thank you.

Does it work? What would make it cleanse the colon? What about that horrible tasting stuff you get in the green bottle at the pharmacy? Wouldn't that do the same thing?

I have been having a lot of problems with recurring constipation and have wanted to try a colon cleanse to get rid of the compacted stools. I just have a feeling that there are stools that are stuck in my bowels. My diet isn't terrible but isn't good either. Can you give an natural recommendations or commercially available colon cleanses that would loosen the compacted stools? I have seen a bunch of websites that try to see these. Which is good for this?

This is gross but ever since I've heard that the average person has about 5 lbs. of impacted fecal matter lining their colon I've always wanted to do a colon cleanse. Any suggestions?
