My BM is every 3-5 days. Do I need a colon cleanse? If so, what should I do?

The product I bought is called Colon Clenz by Body Gold and it is supposed to be gentle. It says to take every day, but I want to take it once a week. Will it hurt my baby? I can call the doctor tomorrow, but I wanted personal experiences. Thanks in advance.

I've been hearing all the good things colon cleanse can do for you body ( getting rid of all the toxins and stuff). I was just wondering if anyone has a suggestion for the right colon cleanse to use. Any ideas on good OTC colon cleanse products as well as OTC diuretics?

I am taking a 15 day colon cleanse and I'm on about day 5 I think? Well not much to report and the stuff I read online shows these hideous pictures of big slime blobs coming out of people. I haven't had that, should I or what shoudl happen? I'm taking a product by Natures secret it used to be called Dr's something I don't know but on the front it reads, "15-Day Weight Loss Cleanse & Flush", is this a good product?
