I was diagnosed with a variation of ibs. im ment to stay away from fatty, spicey and acidic foods, but was wondering about alcohol. if i can drink any what is the best, i dont think i’l be able to deal with it if it flares up really bad again. thank you.

Im 21 yr old male who has trouble starting a urine stream usually when the urine flows i see two streams instead of one. I have bowel movements more then 3 times a day any my stools look like little peices. Recently i've been having abdominal pain mostly on the left and right side of my stomach.
