How do I make my bowel movements more solid?

Should I break up with a girl if she has random bowel movements?
She literally goes to the bathroom twice a month in her pants.
Why is it that nowadays when I have a bowel movement, I get to see some blood when I wipe my butt?
How do I cure this? I remembered that there was a time when I have a bowel that is so large that it made me bleed for the first time and later on it just bleeds even if my bowel isn’t that large anymore. Damnn Why is this happening to me? By the way I’m NOT a girl!
I am 85% vegetarian. So I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits daily… I think I really do lack driking of water. Its seems like I drink only about 4-6 glass a day. Do you think yogurt is also the cause of this problem? I drink a bowl of yogurt (fat free) everyday.

I’m an 19 year old male and this morning i had to go to the bathroom which i did an bowel movement and when i started to clean up and i found blood on the toilet paper. I started freaking out because it was blood on the toilet paper, what could be causing me to have blood in my stools. I found blood on the toilet paper.
