what is the quickest way to get rid of constipation or clean bowel?

Author: Most of the OTC medicines are overnight night stuff. if there is some home remedy then that would be great? I don't want to wait for whole day for clogged stomach. ANything which works within and hr or so would be wonderful. Please help.

Why is my stomach sore after a bowel movement?
I've had stomach problems for almost 2 years now, doctors can't really figure anything out and it is basically coming down to severe anxiety but that is not why I am here. Every time I have a bowel movement I feel relief and then soreness and tenderness.
Is this constipation?
Not enough water?
Pretty dumb question but I like having other people's advice.

What causes one to have nervous bowel movements?
How does ones body react so quickly? Naturally this is caused when some people are nervous and/or anxious but what are the logistics behind this?
How do I change my bowel movement cycle?
I want to change my pooping to once every three days to once a day. I feel less lethargic after pooping.
How would I go about this? This is a serious question.
How can i regulate my bowel movements to a later time in the day?
Also, when ever i go to the washroom, it really hurts right above my penis and below my stomach, around that area.
It's a hassle to go in the morning, because i have things to do.
