Make it less effective?
The hormones contained in birth control pills are usually absorbed within 2 hours of ingestion. Taking a bowel evacuant after that will have no effect on the effectiveness of the birth control pill.
I wouldn’t think so but read the package insert on both your birth control and the other pill. Also check with your pharmacist.
