If you go "regularly" every 3 days and thats the norm for you, then that’s your schedule…..if you didn’t go by the 4th or 5th day, then there would be cause for concern.
If you’re going several times a day and the stool is loose or like diahorhea, there could be underlying problems such as colitis or IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) and if that’s the case, I’d be wanting to be under doctor’s care and supervision as it can develop into more serious conditions.
