Can dieting cause in any way a change in bowel movement?

In trying to bring my weight down, I have been cutting down on intake of calories and am experience irrregular bowel movement, once a day but at different hours. Feces appear normal.

    definately. What you eat definately will change bowel movement. More fiber will increase times. And different food cause different changes in different people. As long as it looks normal.

    Yes it can change your bowel movement.Like if I eat cabbage.It cleans me wright out.Boy do I feel better after I use the bathroom.

    any radical or extreme diets make the body react, drink more water, fiber is good but too much also can make you irregular…
