Anal surgery can damage the sphincter or nerves, either permanently or temporarily and cause this type of incontinence. The best thing to do is to call the surgeon that performed the operation and arrange an appointment. The doc may need to perform an additional procedure, or maybe you need more time to heal from the surgery.
