How do i prevent bowel movement during school?

Everyday, at school, i experience bowel movement and my stomach hurts and its embarrassing, what can i do/eat to prevent this? PS: Give examples of foods don’t just say don’t eat fiber.

    maybe you shouldn’t eat breakfast, or try going to the bathroom before school

    Go to the bathroom and sit on the toilet until you produce something BEFORE you go to school.

    If you keep doing this day after day, your body’s timing will have you having your "constitutional" in the morning instead of during school.

    You don’t want to eat food that is going to constipate you, that will be very uncomfortable, and unhealthy. the best thing you can do is "train" your bowels. hold it in as long as you can, and go as soon as you get home. if it can’t wait by all means go, but try to hold it longer every day. eventually your body will get used to going after you get home from school, and now while your still there.

    you cant stop your body from doing what it does i found it helpful to not consume too many liquids as well as fid a good time to use the restroom everyday and just make it a habit

    You tighten your anal sphincter and hold it till you get home (not good for you, but you should easily be able to do it anyways). I don’t understand why your stomach would hurt from a bowel movement. Go see your doctor about that, it is not normal.
    You can change the time of day you usually have a bowel movement by simply holding it in until you are at the time you want to go, then go. If you can’t at that time. You can ‘train’ your bowels.
    As for foods, eat a healthy diet. If you want to make yourself constipated (not recommended…serioiusly.) you can eat lots of white bread, don’t drink much water, whole flax seeds and the like.

    1.Close your urethra inward. Most people do this automatically when a slight urge to pee is first felt. As the urge to pee grows, tensing unnecessary muscles can waste effort and may make the problem worse. Focus instead on isolating and squeezing muscles surrounding the urethra while allowing other muscles to relax on their own. Use the genito-urinary muscles to exert closing tension at the pee outlet. Relax the pelvis and abdomen to avoid inner pressure on the bladder.
    Consider if you are standing, sitting, or moving.

    2.Cross your legs when standing. Don’t cross your legs when sitting. Doing this can result in pain or possible loss of bladder control. When standing, crossing your legs helps you "hold it in" by compressing the urethra, surrounding tissues, and (in females) the genito-urinary opening. However, when sitting any position which raises one or both thighs towards your abdomen causes pressure on the bladder - making it harder to holding it.
    Sit upright but relaxed. Don’t "slouch". Raise your upper-body and allow you back to arch taking pressure off your bladder, but do not "stretch" your abdomen as this will add pressure. Relax your abdomen.
    Position your legs what ever way is most comfortable. Don’t cross your legs above the knee. If you cross your legs, cross them at the ankles or shins. Press your thighs together, but avoid over-tensing them. Let your pelvis roll or tilt to ease your bladder.

    3.Do not lean forward, pull the front of your pelvis up, or squeeze your abdomen inward.
    Stand using your legs to close your urinary structures, either by squeezing or pulling tight. Choose positions you can keep your balance in naturally without tensing. Relax the rest of your lower body. Reposition your legs and thighs as needed.
    Allow your lower abdomen to tilt slightly forwards, if it does so on its own. This may relieve tension from your bladder.
    Allow the small of your back to arch so your chest and head remain upright.
    Let your abdomen expand and your front pelvis "tip" downwards (raising the buttocks).
    Don’t assume this position unless it happens naturally, standing this way deliberately can become awkward and create tension.

    thats gross but happened to mee too. i have bad anxiety and id get so nervous and it would make me have to go. it might be that for you too…get some anti anxiety pills.

    First of all you should never constipate yourself on purpose…. VERY BAD THING. That will do plenty of harm to your body.

    Training your bowels is possible. Do you happen to know of a food that … well about an hour or so after you eat it… you tend to go… Well, then that is the food that you use to train your bowels. I know someone who eats some sort of chocolate (usually choco pop-tart) everymorning… just so that she can have her morning bm before she goes to work. You can still have your morning breakfast… just add to it… whatever it is that makes you go…. oh and make sure that you eat it at least an hour before you have to leave (making sure that you also give yourself enough time… for you to go to the bathroom before you go). For ex: get up… eat breakfast… get ready for school… go to bathroom… go to school. You should be able to train your bowels this way. Also, about telling you what food to eat. Everyone is different. Really, only you know what food usually makes you go.
    Now, about the pain. See a doctor about it. It is possible that it is your diet, but my not knowing what you eat… I can not answer that. Truly go and see a doctor. Hope that this advice helps.
