There are medications to control that. She should really get into the doctors to get them. There are also adult diapers that she can wear.
If you have strong enough feeling for her, then it really should not matter if she craps her pants or pees her pants or whatever she does.
Have you ever talked to her about why it keeps happening? That would be hard. I guess it ultimately depends on how much you care about her. If you are thinking about leaving her over something that she may not even be able to control then you clearly dont care about her enough to be together forever.
