What could be causing to have an rectal bleeding in my bowel movement ?

I’m an 19 year old male and this morning i had to go to the bathroom which i did an bowel movement and when i started to clean up and i found blood on the toilet paper. I started freaking out because it was blood on the toilet paper, what could be causing me to have blood in my stools. I found blood on the toilet paper. Can anyone please tell me what could be causing it ???

    stools too hard. eat more fiber and carbs. go to your doctor is that fails.

    Hemroids or polyps. Get in to your GP to be checked out.

    Probably Hemorrhoids. If you aren’t sure, go see your doctor, and he or she would probably advise you to eat more fiber, fruits, veggies and whole-grain breads and cereals. Drink lots of water. Don’t take laxatives, and if you need to go again, don’t wait. Go!!!
