I really think my BMs are pretty random. But it’s really annoying especially when there’s class… or exams, etc., I can’t concentrate! And I don’t want to go to public toilets as much. Can you give me simple answers? Not complicated ones.

Eating fiber etc. will only increase your BMs, not make them regular. Try eating about the same things at the same time of day every day.
Start eating high fiber foods.Or trying eating Activia,my kids love it and it keeps them regular.
