I’m not looking for an alternative to go to the gym. I do more than my fair share of exercise. I’m just wondering because people tend to lose weight either from purposely continuously taking laxatives or from a digestive disorder.
Only the calories expended by the bowel movement itself.
Essentially, just the energy you use to get it out.
Fecal matter is pure waste, you’re body has already taken what it can from it.
A calorie is a measure of the amount of energy given off by the oxidation of food. Taking laxatives stop you from getting the energy that is created from the digestion process of the food by causing the stomach not to digest the food and in the end the losing weight by laxatives is by not getting any nourishment from the food.
There may be nothing that you can do to change the perception of your body from the angle that you are looking at it. People are looking at you from a different angle and may see you differently than you see yourself.

No. Exercise means losing calories.
A bowel movement is when you use the restroom to get rid of your bodies waste. This isn’t a very effective way of burning calories.
