Should I continue to mix apple juice with water as a way of keeping my bowel movements regular?

Or is it okay to just drink a lot of water without the apple juice. I’ve been doing this for a long time, but I only recently just realized how much sugar and carbs and calories are in apple juice. I usually mix a pitcher of half water, half apple juice and drink it regularly. Do I even need the apple juice any more to keep me regular? Do you think it makes a difference or am I just taking in unnecessary sugars/carbs/calories?

The water will do. Apples prevent constipation with their apple rinds, not the inside part. So, apple juice, technically, wont help prevent constipation. and keep you reg.
