Why do i have several painful bowel movements in 30mins?

Author: Im a 18 years old female and just about once every week i have several painful bowel movements within 30 mins. It starts with a pain in my abdomen forcing me to have to go to the restroom, when i go the pain starts to go a way but then it come back and i have to go again (about 7 times), and this last about 30 mins.

Since the problem only occurs once a week, it’s probably diet related. you may have a food allergy of which you are unaware, such as a sensitivity to gluten.
If a diet change doesn’t solve the problem, you should consult a gastroenterologist or at least your primary care physician as this could be a symptom of several serious disorders.
