No residue left on rectum after bowel movements lately?

Before about 2 months ago I usually had residue left on my rectum after I had a bowel movement. At least 2 months ago I started to not have any residue and have not since although I have very regular bowel movements. If you have a reliable website I can refer to for an explanation or one of your own explanations (preferably a website) then please let me know.

Perhaps your rectum has stretched. Your stools may be hard.
They should be C or S shaped and brown. If they are straight then they are too hard. Try a stool softener. Go to Oprah.com and search for Dr. Oz. He did an entire Oprah show on poop.

Why would you think there’s a health issue at hand because of the lack of poop on your toilet paper?
