Irritation around my rectum after a bowel movement?

Author: It never itches until I have a bowel movement. Most times its so irritated that it there’s spots of blood.
I’m hardly ever constipated.
Any ideas?

Use some witch hazel when you wipe.
use hemorrhoid wipes or cream.. it will soothe it
How old are you? See a Doctor if the problem lasts more than 7 days. Consult a good medical board not this place.
