How long does it take to have a bowel movement after you eat a well-balanced meal?

Assuming a normal digestive system.
Each answer is completely different! I have no clue which one is right.

    I really don’t think these answers are correct and here is why I say that: my child swallowed a penny and we were told to observe if it passed through her - it took over 24 hours and she was a kid - adults systems are slower than that. I suspect these people are confused as to which previous meal they are eliminating after eating.

    hmm everyone is different for me its about hmm 15 minutes..but i suffer a slight case of ibs.. so that my reason.

    it takes about 8 hours for bowel movement. after the meal is taken, it takes about two and half hours to bypass the stomach.

    It takes food 2 - 5 hours to completely pass through your digestive system.
