How can I have a normal bowel movement?

I don't experience normal bowel, and sometimes it took me 2-4 days to poop. pls help me. What alternative and safe medications can I take?

    You need to ensure that your diet is high in both fibre and water. If you in the UK try Lepicol which is available from health food stores plus drink 2 litres of water per day. You would also benefit from having a course of colonics to "get things moving".

    toliet train yourself to poop daily… best time to do it is during your morning shower.
